User Cancellation

• Free if canceled 4+ hours before scheduled pickup.
• 50% charge if canceled within 4 hours.
• 100% charge for no-shows.

Company Cancellation

If BeeCabs cancels due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days if any advance paid.

Mode of Refund

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Misuse of service, misconduct, or breach of terms may void refund eligibility.
